How to Recharge Ola Party, Infriends & IMO

A complete step-by-step guide to recharging your coins safely, quickly, and at the best prices.

Step 1: Choose Your App

ASJK Digital Hub supports three platforms — Ola Party, Infriends, and IMO. On our recharge page, tap the tab for the app you want to top up. Each app uses its own User ID and balance, so make sure you select the correct one before proceeding.

Step 2: How to Find Your User ID

Your User ID is a unique numeric identifier. This is NOT your username, display name, or phone number. Using the wrong ID is the most common reason for failed recharges.

Ola Party

  1. Open the Ola Party app and log in to your account.
  2. Go to ProfileSettings.
  3. Find and copy your numeric User ID.

Infriends

  1. Open the Infriends app and log in to your account.
  2. Go to MeProfile.
  3. Find and copy your numeric User ID.

IMO

  1. Open the IMO app and log in to your account.
  2. Go to ProfileOnline Rank.
  3. Tap the avatar below your nickname and copy your numeric User ID.

Pro tip: Always copy-paste your User ID rather than typing it manually. A single wrong digit will cause the recharge to fail or be sent to the wrong account.

Step 3: Choosing the Right Coin Package

Visit our packages page to compare available packs for all three apps. Ola Party and Infriends packages range from 1,000 to 1,00,000 coins. IMO packages range from 53 diamonds to 10,600 diamonds.

Step 4: Placing Your Recharge Order

Navigate to our recharge form and complete the following fields:

  • App: Select Ola Party, Infriends, or IMO.
  • User ID: Paste your numeric ID from Step 2.
  • Coin Package: Select your preferred package or custom amount.
  • Full Name: Enter your name for order tracking.
  • Mobile Number: Your 10-digit Indian mobile number for WhatsApp contact.

After reviewing your details, click "Submit & Continue on WhatsApp." This opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message to our support team with your order details.

Step 5: Completing Payment via WhatsApp

Once your WhatsApp message is sent, our support team will respond promptly (usually within 1–5 minutes during business hours). They will provide payment details — UPI ID, QR code, or bank account information.

Complete the payment and share the payment screenshot or transaction ID with our team on WhatsApp. Our team verifies the payment and initiates the coin transfer to your account.

Important: Only pay using payment details shared by our official WhatsApp number (+91 76438 33919). Never send money to unverified accounts.

Step 6: Verifying Coin Delivery

After payment verification, coins are typically credited within 5–15 minutes. Open your app and check your coin balance in the wallet or profile section. If coins don't appear within 30 minutes, contact our WhatsApp support with your order details and payment proof.

Recharging for Another Account

You can recharge for any Ola Party, Infriends, or IMO account — friends, family, or favorite streamers.

Common Issues & Troubleshooting

Coins Not Received After Payment

Wait 15–30 minutes after payment confirmation. If still not received, contact WhatsApp support with your User ID, app name, payment screenshot, and order timestamp. We'll investigate and resolve within 1 hour.

Wrong User ID Entered

If you realize the wrong ID was entered before payment, contact support immediately. If payment was already made to a wrong ID, recovery depends on whether the transfer was processed.

Payment Failed or Deducted Without Confirmation

If your bank shows a deduction but our team hasn't confirmed receipt, share the transaction ID via WhatsApp. UPI payments sometimes take a few minutes to reflect.

App Shows Different ID Format

Ensure you're copying the numeric ID only, without letters, symbols, or country codes. If unsure, send a screenshot of your profile to our WhatsApp support for assistance.
