Service Description

We provide third-party digital top-up services for Ola Party, Infriends, and IMO. We facilitate the purchase and delivery of virtual currency to user accounts on these platforms. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with Ola Party, Infriends, IMO, or their developers.

Order Process

To place an order, you must provide accurate information including your valid User ID, the correct app/platform, contact details, and payment method preference. You are responsible for ensuring the User ID entered is correct. We are not liable for coins delivered to an incorrect ID provided by you.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be completed through the methods provided by our support team via WhatsApp. Orders are processed only after payment verification.

Delivery

We aim to deliver coins within 5–15 minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary during peak hours or due to technical issues with the respective app platforms. We guarantee delivery within 1 hour or a full refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

• Coins not delivered within 1 hour of verified payment
• Duplicate charges due to system errors on our end
• Order cancelled before processing begins

Refunds are NOT provided for:

• Incorrect User ID provided by the customer
• Change of mind after coins have been delivered
• Account restrictions or bans unrelated to our service

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the service only for legitimate purposes, not attempt to defraud or manipulate our systems, and comply with each platform's terms of service regarding virtual currency usage.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for app downtime, account suspensions by platform operators, or changes to coin systems.

Intellectual Property

All website content, design, and branding for ASJK Digital Hub are owned by Appbroda Events. Ola Party, Infriends, IMO, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
